Kristin Juszczyk + Emma Grede = NFL WAG Style That's a BFD
Two BFDs you should know:
Kristin Juszczyk, the powerhouse behind the innovative brand Off Season, has redefined what it means to be a sports fan with style. This isn’t your typical merch shop—Off Season merges high fashion with NFL fandom in a way that speaks to both casual fans and die-hard supporters. Partnering with the brilliant entrepreneur Emma Grede, co-founder of major brands like Skims and Good American, Kristin is turning heads and challenging stereotypes surrounding NFL WAGs (Wives and Girlfriends of Sports).

Kristin Juszczyk’s Off Season: From WAG Style to NFL Sports Fashion Icon
In my opinion, the WAGs (Wives And Girlfriends of Sports) of the NFL have always seemed to be somewhat looked down upon. I don’t want to credit this change to Taylor Swift, but I do think she definitely has something to do with the perception change. I mean, I’ve certainly taken an interest in learning more about the WAGs and their business ventures…
Insert Kristin Juszczyk and her new brand Off Season btw…Her hubby, Kyle, plays for the San Francisco 49ers.
Here’s the thing about Kristin and the other NFL WAGs–they’ve always been about fashion and wearing their hubby’s team colors, logos, etc. I joked with my SIL the other day that Brittany Mahomes (Entrepreneur and KC Chiefs Quarterback Patrick’s wife) has to have a weekly photo shoot based on her Instagram page…The pants Kristin made for Brittany are SOOO GOOOD.
Anyway, Kristin has been wearing her own designs and started making custom-designed WAG apparel, by special order, of course. Her own 49ers boots are STUNNING. I’ve been slightly stalking her Instagram page and watching her create designs. She really only designs for WAGs (including Gold Medal Olympian and GOAT Simon Biles). Okay, okay, she makes stuff for the guys, too 🙄.
The Viral Jackets
In walks T-Swift & Brittany Mahomes in the most gorgeous, coolest, WAG jackets I’ve ever seen…The Travis Kelci Custom Puffy Jacket & The Patrick Mahomes Custom Puffy Jackets are made from their actual NFL jerseys. You see, Kristin received a license from the NFL about a year ago because her designs had gone viral. Luckily the NFL was smart enough to partner with her and not send her a cease-and-desist letter.
Lo and behold, last week I noticed on her Instagram that her new brand Off Season was launching soon and someone like ME could get one of her jackets. OMG, I WAS ☠️.
The Role of Emma Grede: A BFD Powerhouse Joins the Team
What I haven’t said yet… Kristin partnered with one of the smartest entrepreneurs and biggest business builders ever: Emma Greded. You may or may not have heard of her, because she’s a Stealth BFD. She is the other half of brands like Skims, Good American, and Safely...ya know the other half of all the Kardashian brands. She’s also on the board for Baby2Baby and Fifteen Percent Pledge. She made Forbes’s list of “Richest Self-Made Women in the US” in 2022. As of 2024, Forbes shows her net worth as $390M –DAYYYUMMM GIRL, but I gotta be honest there’s absolutely no way she’s only made an additional $30M since 2022. I think there must be some math not math-ing somewhere…
Because of Emma’s involvement in Off Season, their possibilities are MONEY. As in, I can truly see Off Season being one of the next big sports fanatic brands, especially with the help of the NFL and Fanatics. Off Season isn't just a brand, it's a movement that redefines what it means to be a fan, for me and many others. With Kristin's creativity and Emma's expertise, Off Season will pave the way for a whole new era of sports-inspired fashion.
Here’s my vote: Kristin Juszczyk as the next USA Olympics uniform designer. Move over Ralph Lauren, it’s time to let this BFD shine.
YES. I know exactly what you are thinking…I did buy a jacket. I actually bought THREE. They haven’t arrived yet, but when they do I’ll be sure to update you and this blog.
I ordered myself both of the jackets below, and I ordered my husband the second photo (KC Team Puffer.) Now, I'm just debating on if we should have the same jacket...
